Return/Refund Policy

If you need to return or exchange an item, please Call Customer Service at 1-514-344-8786 #223 for a Return Authorization Number and packaging instructions. The merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return.

We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All merchandise must be new. 20% restocking fee may apply.

Refunds will be deposited in the credit card used on the order. If the payment received was cash or money order, we will send the refund by check to your billing address.
